Tuesday I headed to Dance but stopped at Zac Roanes pad before hand. Bazzle freaked out again even though I've seen him 4+ times ha ha. Zac showed me his latest painting which was pretty sick!! I swear he doesnt get enough recognition for his artwork. Its so unique and raw, I want to fill my entire house with it once I have one lol.
We got to the club and Zac started sculpting a zombie head. I wish you could of all seen this before, it was just a cube of sculpting clay. I had no idea he could sculpt. Zac can paint, air brush, do makeup, act, and sculpt....every week another talent breaks out.
Enlarge this picture, he busted this out in less than an hour. He headed home to finish it up and take care of Hina. Ill make sure to keep everyone posted on the final outcome.
The company I work for had a Christmas dinner, everyone was supper dressed up and the entrance was made of fake snow and elegant lights. It was really classy and high end, I had to wear a Suit and lyn a nice dress!! Everyone looked really nice and it was neat to see everyone in a non working environment.
The whole place was really nice and the food was pretty good. Usually when food is catered in large amounts something is off but this was actually good. The company did a raffel and gave away an X box 360, 2 Ipads, and a grip of other prizes. I took pictures with my dad and lyn and we headed off to The Bunny Hut party for Turkeey.
There is always one person with lights at every party or club you'll go to in southern California. Some people are good at light shows others not so much. Either way its always fun to shoot lights with a 2 second delay, f-stop 7.1, 1600 ISO. Try it, I used my standard flash to capture the initial image.
This is Amy we had health class together, I think I had health during summer school my sophomore year at Norco High. 4 years and this girl remembered me ha ha!! She had the nicest cheek bones ever!!
One of my favorite things about roaming is talking to a bunch of random people. I got offered jobs for photography, met new faces that know some old faces, drugs, alcohol. the usual ha ha. I still dont drink, I have a better time talking to faces then drinking the night down.
This has to be one of the Sexyest pictures that the bunny hut will ever have!! She look like she has sex hair!! I had band practice saturday morning and out drummer didnt come to practice, he didn't specifically tell anyone he wasnt going to practice but kinda assumed we'd figure it out. We ended up just waiting for him and didnt get to practice, he was sick though so i understood. One of our guitarists was joking about taking apart his whole drum set down to the last bolt. ha ha imagine though, you being a drummer and walking in on your drum set completely taken apart!
This was Day 2 of Turkeeys birthday celebration, the place was full of people from last nights party!! I got to play with some exposure and got this with a 2 second exposure setting!! This is my art through photography.
My favorite thing about playing with exposure settings is being able to capture movement. This guy was throwing down the LA Shuffle. A type of dance style that emerged from the Cali rave scene and now thriving at house parties and clubs.
DJ Four Four had a sick ass set like always, Ive been thinking about asking him to mix a song for my website. I have no idea how I'd post it up but I could figure something out.
The Chase was the last DJ I got to shoot, I had the hardest time getting a shot of his face. NO idea how I got this but I was more than happy with the lights. The web of lights on the left was from hanging Christmas lights I threw in. The funnyest thing this weekend was this Lunesta sleep aid commercial that talked about one of its side affects making users suicidal ha ha, so I thought about some guy telling his friend "I've been really suicidal lately but ive been getting the bomb-est sleep!!!"
